IMO, many companies did an internal check or reexamine of the patatents and found them more than valid. Otherwise, not just one of them had settled.

The current question in case of TX is, if exspecially chip designs done by NEC&Co infringe one or more patents form the MMP. IMO, this would be a brake through, if a ruling is done in favor of PTSC. Afterwards, we can move on and pick out more real chip designers and producers like Motorola, Samsung, Infineon, Hynix...... which should lead to a higher revenue stream.
