I agree, but not sure Patriot can make a case of it. I am sure this is what Pohl is trying to accomplish with the PR's, but there are many companies, TPL for example, that have been able to successfully manufacture and market a product while Patriot has failed. Now, when the Patent attorney I spoke with refered to Patriot as a Patent Troll and Shell, I said..heh wait a minute...we tried to manufacture and market a product for years, but had to streamline our staff and re-think our business model. But is that because of unfair competition as a result of patent infringement, or poor manangement on our part? Now, as Milestone points out, and I have wondered myself, does TPL have an injunction claim? Not an attorney so I don't know the answers, but the clock is ticking, and we will all know soon enough!
