tanks tj...now im really feeling better...IMHO...the spinoff is the non cap div to reward kwg shareholdrers...i expect an eventual ipo for ddi and i agree with your last word of post on kwg...share price to possibly go down "INITIALLY'...absorption of kwg would possibly follow and i think thats good also...thinkin now that i should have bot more...later...
