my IMHO, the answer is yes, because as soon as diagem will finish to sell all theire share, well the share price will go back up!

and good news (Result of their drilling, JV with FWR & SPQ, close to the Noront discovery) will come out the share price wil go up!

And remember who will own all the share of DD?

KWG and all the sharehloder of KWG, finaly it is the same family.
