greetings everyone...does this spinoff mean e.g. that for every 1000 shares of kwg that we get 100 shares of debut plus 100 0.30 warrants AND RETAIN the 1000 shares of kwg?...if this is the case then i say lets GIT ER DONE...comments anyone?...later...
