I was just talking with Bruce at KWG and the date for distribution has not yet passed, so you can still load up at these cheap prices for an even larger share of DD when the shares and warrants are paid out.

I asked if they knew when the final prospectus would be out, and he said they weren't sure, but to call back next week and they should have a better idea.
