I wouldn't get too excited about this battery yet. This is a start-up that has been in business for less than one year, they still have to figure out how to manufacture these batteries in quantity which if you look around has taken most battery manufacturers years to learn and perfect. They are more than likely years away from the final product. The other thing is according to their own website they have no intentions of manufacturing the battery for larger demand applications only for small devices (cell phones, laptops, etc.). Quote from their website "For larger demand industries such as electric vehicles, Power Japan Plus will operate under a licensing business model, providing technology and expertise to existing battery manufacturers to produce the dual carbon battery". As I have stated many times these batteries are extremely difficult to produce in quantity, all of the major battery manufacturers have taken years to develop their batteries and this company is just starting.
