Electrovaya's past is it's worse enemy. People have lost confidence because of the past failed MOU's which I believe are due to the quality problems mentioned earlier. If they have indeed solved the quality and production problems then the past is not relevant anymore. I don't blame people for doubting the company based on the past. If you saw all the recent announcements referring to any other company I believe the SP would have moved much higher but because of the history of electrovaya's failed MOU's investors are reluctant to jump in. The lack of information I believe is due to the experimental nature of the lithium ion batteries and the possibility of problems during the development of the products therefore the companies involved sign confidentiality agreements until the products are tested and working well. Due to the competetive nature of these products as well the companies do not allow electrovaya to announce some of the deals. Hopefully we will hear good news soon, I know they are in discussions with many companies.
