i think one of the determining factors should be volume. no one wants to sort thru 20 posts about chicken recipes if there is something actually going on with the stock/company/court case but when there is nothing going on who cares. a little off topic now and then at least lets folks know that someone is still here . the posts that piss me off are ones where a poster replies to an argument with "you're an idiot" but gives no credible argument as to why you're an idiot. imo that's more useless than chicken recipes.
