I think it is too difficult to make up some sort of list, or additional rules, for what off topic stuff is allowable, or not. Volumes could be written about the allowable off topic, and still not cover it all. All or none makes it simple. I have always been against deletions of posts, so allowing all off topic is an option. I have no problem with that because the less deletions the better. As long as it is consistent and for everyone, including Hub Leaders.
