G...a very important point.

"The CVG will be responsible for environmental and mining permits..".

This suggests that the signatory parties were expecting the CVG to provide the necessary permits.

Kry did not violate any of the agreement; and exceeded its social obligations when it built hospitals, etc. Unless VEN can prove we were negligent, on what legal grounds can they void the contract?

I say we give all parties notice that they have 10 days to correct this miscarriage of justice, or we file for arbitration immediately.
