HOTDOGGY! From what I have read here IMO...... Our filing Arbitration would have been based on a letter from Venezuela from 2 years ago and we would have had to file by April. Now the arbitration case would be made on the contract revocation don't you think so? IMO we could go 90 days to resolve and then file based on the latest event.
