Ask Hugo in exactly what way have we not complied and get it resolved in 90 days

I wouldn't be surprised that Agashitheadpov hasn't been advising Hugo on Canadian Securities law.

In any contract find loopholes creatively.

It was in most minds,I think, how Hugo would look for breaches of contracts to get out of it. It was on my mind months ago.

He has done this with other contracts in the past and it is he and his Law deparment full time job to look for ways out. I don't think their track record is that good. Just my opinion
