hondo, your guess is as good as mine. the thing that bothered me about this loan is that the terms and dates have changed at least 3 times over 3 seperate quarters and it seems like the last change gave kry the right to convert the loan into shares after the deal is complete but removed crrc's ability to convert after sept 10th...??

the only reason i can think of that they would put a date of expiration on crrc's end is that after a JV deal is done there may be a conflict for crrc to convert a minority partners debt into shares?
