Well this is the reason why nobody can figure out what the heck is going on.

From reading the agreement to make an agreement, I find that CRRC / KRY can extend timelines and agree to and waive items as they see fit. All I am left with after reading it again and now after much time has passed since the set deal date is a slight buzz and a headache similar to a hangover.

I thought the CVG was all but defunct, everything I have been reading concerns Minamb? Permit handling would revive the CVG status. I would welcome that news since our MOC is tied to the CVG, right?
