Hondo, from what it sounds like the Sept 10 date can be extended if need be per RM.

As for the A&F agreement I think I may be as confused as you. At first I thought it would be without the transfer of the MOC and permit. Then I was thinking that maybe one reason it taking so long that maybe these are simply the stumbling blocks for our delay and they want to incorporate it all in the mailing but if the shareholder meeting isn't for 20 days after the mailing this would give the company even more time to get these done.

Then again the A&F agreement or partnership isn't legal until the shareholders say it is so in essence the MOC can't be transferred until their is a legal partnership to transfer it to.

One thing to think about is that when and if the permit is issued it goes to the CVG then the CVG assigns it to whoever has the MOC. Maybe CRRC/KRY are trying to get the permit transferred to the CVG for the time being and once this is done then they can explain in the shareholder mailing that this step is completed and just waiting for the permit to be assigned to whoever holds the MOC once the vote comes back YES?
