IMHO...............I find it hard to expect the cold-blooded and careful Chinese, with all the money and clout, to commit finally to anything before the upcoming elections. Whatever the outcome, it most likely means a major shake-up. If Hugo loses and goes, what and who exactly will take control, and how long might it take to settle out and stabilize? If Hugo loses and does not want to go, then what? If Hugo "wins" and it is obviously rigged, What is the reaction/result?

None of the likely outcomes points to stability in the short term, and having a conclusion to our concerns seems to me to be unlikely before sometime in the 4th quqrter at best.

Please do not misunderstand...I am not trying to throw cold water on anyone, or to start a squabble. I, too, would love to see an outcome such as EZ anticipates. I simply have some serious doubts, and will appreciate comments from anyone.
