Of course it hoilds merit, but in what? Like what is it really for. It is in the bank if this deal goes south and we head to court.

I wouldn't put too much weight in the "publically announced" removal of the illegal miners as this has been happening for years down there, and according to Marshall there are no illegal miners affecting our areas of interest anyway.

Most of the blab here(mine included probably) means nothing, it's all pure speculation til some concrete events happen.
