Does anyone know if CRRC announced the partnership with KRY? I tried to do a quick search but didn't find anything. I thought that was a bit odd. Yes, they are huge but this is one of the largest gold mines in the world if not the largest so I would think a 2/3 share of that would be material enough to disclose even for them. Maybe they are just waiting for the deal to officially close? Not sure.
