"You telling me guys with mules are mining "huge numbers of gold"? LOL!!"

If you are equating the illegal miners with guys on mules, you are more ignorant than thought as well portx. The extent to which the illegal mining problem goes could very well be one of the biggest hinderences to this whole saga. If you don't give it any weight you are blind to some important issues. So tell me, is the best way to solve the illegal mining issue as simple as rounding up a herd of mules and take away thier transportation?

It amazes me how some here are reading into this TENTATIVE agreement what they want to and are tossing around the wild numbers and speculation as though this was a signed and sealed agreement.
