i was'nt pointing out anything, somebody said they could'nt find anything on it..

one thing to keep in mind with the chinese gov entities is they usually keep things as quiet as possible....

i think the norm with the chinese is that they announce things after they are solidified...the kry deal is a tentative agreement, dependant on factors that may be beyond the chinese/kry's control...

the railroad is a done deal.........
