Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
to all, good thread here.
EZ, i'm with GW on this one...hurt pride and a fat paycheck with good benefits for a decade of failure would be easier to take than the hurt bank account shareholders have so far recieved imo.....
while i agree that kry "needs to maintain its options" with regard to arbitration, as of right now, we do not have enough cash to fund arbitration... we had the option of filing longgg ago...now, i dont know what options we do have....there dont seem to be any buyers lined up...there does'nt seem to be any money for arbitration lined up...
at this point, it seems blatantly obvious to me that kry is not involved in any of hugo's plans...so if kry actually had a plan and cared about shareholders why would'nt kry come out with a statement something along the lines of:
"we have currently prepared for the financial weight of arbitration should it be necessary; however, at this time the management believes a strategy of "patience" to be the correct course for the time being given the current political environment"
a statement along those lines would placate investors and help the PPS...like everyone says..we'll know soon enough........as of right now, kry's future looks pretty bleak and if we were forced to file BK without filing for arbitration the term "inept" would'nt begin to cover the situation.. "criminal" would be more like it....but i've seen these jokers suprise us all before, both good and bad.....
