The only negative is that Crystallex is being used again by Chancellor for political purposes. Crystallex was investigated previously on these same accusations by Chancellor and cleared.

Part of the reason for the new investigation is that Chancellor claims Crystallex hasn't honored our MOC by building roads, schools, hospital, water treatment, etc. We all know this is false but to date Crystallex hasn't been able to turn over the hospital to VZ yet because they won't take possession.

We have a letter from CVG stating we're in good standing. We have a letter from Merly stating we have meet the requirements of the Ministry of Environment. Basically we have documentation proving the opposite of the accusations.

It is quite possible that given the current political unrest and unhappiness over Hugo the opposition is using this investigation to put more heat on Hugo. I don't think their politians care about their constituents anymore than politicians do in the US and Canada. It's all about the money and how they can get more for them selves.
