bill, this is some longgg term speculation but..

like i said, most companies that trade strictly on "pending awards" do very low volume...

the amex is like the wild west...if you're under a buck they dont seem to delist you, if you do high volume....if you're under a buck and only trading 0-50k shares a day, they'll probably delist you....then you trade on CDNX/BB/OTC

if we file and it runs the long course of arbitration with no settlement then we would possibly get delisted, have various financing along the way, be stagnant for a long time, then, in the end get an award...which would pay off debt and the rest go into "cash on hand"...determining our stock price...

the upside is that kry is pretty innovative imo...they may start another LC in some other country by the time we get there...
