I have asked this question a few times and never received a response.Maybe no one knows? Does Kry continue to trade after filling for arbitration.I know larger companies in arbitration continue but they have other interests and sources of income.With Kry,it is a one trick pony.The company will not exist without a positive resolution be it permit or compensation.Will the exchanges allow it to be traded on speculation of what the outcome will be.If it does ,i can see volitile price swings as day traders speculate.Anybody know?
