This is a something else im not sure of.If an amount of money is awarded during arbitration is it divided up among shareholders or does the company decide how much shareholders receive after taxes,expenses, compansation to management,ect ect.There also ,i would think a certain amount of time you would need to be holding the stock,to receive any compensation?It wouldnt be fair,in my opinion,someone/insider with knowledge, buying the stock hours before a judgement, receiving the same amount as a long term shareholder.Anyone knowledgeable about these things?
