yes!

there are many companies that trade on possible future court awards. most of them keep up some appearance of business (like research, exploration, etc.)

needless to say, the first company to come to mind is vannessa/infinito (recently) they've been claiming they have other interests but thier main (if not only) trick is the LC icsid arbitration...IF they file kry might continue "mining" for appearances (i.e. kry was awarded the exploration license for xyz in kazahkstahn). but the payoff will be LC

unfortunately, most companies that trade solely on "arbitration" trade very low volume until they actually get some news....then they have swings...but most likely, if we end up filing, we'll find a level (could actually be higher than the current one) and pretty much stay there.....until ven settles...
