Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
GW, here, i'll take this one for richard....man, these guys should hire me.
1. Are you aware of the impending arbitration deadline for end of May?
Ans: yes we are and will update you as information becomes available.
2. If "yes" to question #1....why are you ignoring our written inquiries requesting clarifications of Sanz' statements quoted in the international press and do you intend to allow the arbitration deadline to expire...requiring KRY to battle this out in court?
Ans: we are not in contact with minister sanz and therefore cannot give clarification on this issue. the high level officials we've been in discussions with tell us they have no idea what minister sanz meant. these high level officials also say we are in complete compliance with the MOA and they like steak.
3. Are you aware that we are almost out of cash and are being sued by our bondholders? Further...are you aware that that jeopardizes our ability to function as a company and continue to comply with our social obligations much less get the mine construction financed, up and running to create jobs and tax revenue for Venezuela?
Ans: "out of cash" is a relative term...some would look at the glass half full and say we have $21mil....we are aware of the litigation presented by bondholders and cannot comment on pending litigation.
3. Are you guys just corrupt or crooked or both?
Ans: whats the difference between corrupt and crooked?
4. Is Ubiri Ortega a man or a woman?
Ans: we are informed by the ministry of transexual affairs that Mrs. ortega is a "female of the homo sapien family"
