Management is so discrete, that our share price is floundering below that of Rusoro, and Rusoro has nothing to offer anyone, yet it's stock price is twice that of KRY, which is literally a goldmine. How can this be explained?

It's time to be assured by KRY Management that they intend to file for Arbitration on May 28th without any further delay. And if the Annual General Meeting comes before May 28th (which is likely), I hope KRY Management is prepared to announce their intention to follow through with Arbitration on May 28th. No more stories from KRY.
