I agree Lar VZ is aware of the clock, they were notified prior to issuance of notification. I believe whats holding up the permit is the social responsibilities KRY agreed to and is about to complete within the coming weeks as Rm has noted. Once we fulfill our end of the agreement so will VZ. After permit who knows who will end up minning LC. The permit will be ours shortly after projects completion. I believe RML understands this as well, KRY has been socially responsible and will be rewarded. RML has no leverage in this matter, thus no attempt. Chavez does not wish to go arbitration, they own LC which fits the socialist model. No back door dealings or political manuvers just an agreement coming to closure. keeping it simple :-)
