Pam, If you believe this, then our impasse can go on til we've burned all our cash resources.

Do you get any inkling from Management that they will initiate Arbitration at the earliest posssible time, May 28th/09, or will they continue to consider the extreme "sensitivities" of whomever in Venezuela, and allow further extensions, and further extensions, until KRY is burned out.

Remember, negotiations can continue after filing for Arbitration, but at least we have a Court Date, and can look forward to a decision by Venezuela or a decision by the Court. In either event, it's time to move it along to a conclusion.
