I actually did recieve an invitation to call, so I did and I thought the invitation was even a descent offer. There was no degrading or rudeness, I did do a little learning in his efforts to address our concerns. But I believe there was more education happening on his end because of what I was willing to share and had some back ground in.

He did make a comment about our situation with SLI, which trigger a very stern response back from myself indicating that his comment was not something acceptable or to be easily brushed off. His response of silence was telling for myself. The phone call ended a short time later from efforts on his end. We at least learned that our concerns had been to some degree acknowledged.
