As far as I know Pax, any shareholders that I know of that attempted conversations with regulators, were degraded by the regulators and suffered rudeness. As for my few experiences, it resulted in the regulators becoming very nervous on the phone and would not even answer important questions. They would not answer directly, and would attempt to skirt around the subject. When you see actions like this, it reveals they are insecure and perhaps have something to hide. I had over a half million dollars at stake, where they would not answer my questions, I had to assume that there was nothing wrong with my investment and stayed invested. Its because of this trust investors have in professional regulators, that result in huge losses for investors, because of unprofessionalism and incompetence within the regulator regime, but again, this is intentional by the regulators.
