I understand where you guys are coming from, when you say you dont like this option to IGD. In another company, or under different circumstances, I would be against it too, to a certain degree.

I beleive this may have been 1 of a few options available at this time, meaning she had to do something quick, and this may have been her best option at this time. We all know how coveted the Tesoro will be/ already is, and this causes so many things to go on behind the scenes that we are not privy to at the moment. She has been acting very protective and defensive lately, this tells me that she has been approached by at least one possible suitor and that she is nervous, and only trying to protect her chicks, if you will.
