I agree, They just spun out a company, they could have transferred everything over to it, and left Tesoro in SLI all by itself, and now i own the same percentage of the new company as SLI, but own nothing of IGD, and if they sell SLI as a whole company its a total wash, Lori sure looked after herself buying those shares knowing she was transfering stuff into SLI. If Tesoro sells for a premium i will forgive her, plus time will tell the true motives, all my talk is really not that important cause i only know a small bit of the whole story, thats just what i am thinking.
