This is only one way things may go. There are other options and maybe we should keep that in mind.

At the end of the day, I have heard it said a few times that a buyout will be orchestrated in such a way ,that it is most beneficial to shareholders. We have top knotch lawyers and advisors that will decide the most beneficial course to take. My faith lies with the company doing its best for me.
