Been There, I guess what I've failed to realize or missed info on is this timber company. I has assumed that the timber company had timber rights on this piece of property. What I've failed to understand is that this also either gives them mining rights as a claim block or that they also staked this land as a mining block. Have missed out on just what exactly occured on this property in that reguard?? The other thing is who is this timber company? Are they a big name player or a smaller outfit? If they are small they may not have the funds to explore their claims to keep them viable or will have to JV with someone. Either of these scenarios would not be in their best interest in my opinion so Probe could play a little hard ball at that juncture. the deputy
