at a luncheon in Dallas where he addressed a group of possible investors and some of the Dallas present share holders. he is going from Dallas to San Antonio to meet with other investors tomorrow, then to San Francisco to meet with other investors.

they are starting to re group on site after the holidays this week. He wasnt sure but thought there would be about 3 feet of ice now on the lake but he said you want 5 feet of ice to be safe. he also said that they do build ice with pumps etc. last year they helicoptered in the drill rigs but this year they are going to build a road to make it a lot more economical on the ice. going to have 3 drills turning on the ice to try and hopefully get to the other bank this winter.

he said that they are in negotiations with the timber co. to try and secure the land deal and that he thought it was going well with them and hopefully have it resolved in the near future.

he is still working towards a probe mine, thats what he thinks would be best for the company. only 3 years away from starting a mine if we are still around.
