Hey JackAlex

It's an interesting perspective, just like dressing up Cinderella with rags and cheap flip-flops.

But why would the "potential suitors" worry about the "baggage" which has been ignored in analysts coverage and given just a fraction of the real value (RBC gave BC a value of $38M while Northern says $15M, sound like they just plucked these numbers from the air)?

As I see it, an acquirer would have 3 options:

1. Give BC away for free (but this is not going to happen); or

2. Put it on eBay for bidding (or go to CLF and other companies and have a face to face chat). It should not take too much effort to do this.

3. Do nothing about BC (or, just spin it off, and do nothing about it) and wait for CLF (or NOT, or whoelse?) to come around knocking on the door.

The rest of PRB would include the golden parts

- 4Moz Au indicated plus 2Moz Inferred = Total 6M oz Au, plus more to come, and My guess is that 10Moz Au is not out-of-reach.

- JV with LSG

- 5% Goldex NSR

- plus, etc.

All this for 75 - 32Mcash = $43M, a pitly sum in view of TTR with a comparable resource estimate, and having a Cap of 10x PRB...It's a bit tight, but my $50M Lotto Max win should cover that $43M.
