If buyers are lurking in the woods, what is the hold up on them buying at this ridiculous price ? Could it be that they don't want the properties other than Borden Lake, especially Black Creek baggage? Is Dave smart enough to realize this and not ready to spin off Black Creek until Probe shares reach a higher price?
