I was told some time ago that the entity selling shares is perhaps done and we would start to move up. A month has now passed and this entity is showing no signs of stopping. Does management know what is going on? I would say yes.

Let’s forget about lawyers for a moment and think of the motive behind this action. Why is someone constantly dumping shares on the open market? I would appreciate any thoughts from other posters on this forum. My view is that we are being set up for a takeover by a major.
