Probe stated in 2007 Annual Report that they will be commissioning a study to indicate when and what Royalities might be expected on the Goldex claims under NSR agreement. In this statement they state basically that they have no idea when these claims will be mined or what kind of tonnage might be expected.

So until they come out with a report the market unfortunately can't put much value on this property or the NSR.
