I believe your calculations are way off on what the NSR payment to Probe  is going to be. This wasn't a straightforward calculation and I did look into this some time ago.

It is tough to figure out and Probe doesn't help since they've never come out and provide at 'what if' calculation of dollar value.

Mind you I'd love to be proven wrong.
