Sounds like you are running a multi-billion dollar corporation somewhere.  How about you step in and we elect you to do the correct things which you have mentioned?  As your exspierences should in such as our case fix everything to our own likeing for our future.  As it applies in the corporate World processes and time are always in control of the future of such entities.  It is the CEO and other Executive teem members whom will navigate the Ship.  My opinion and thoughts are that Brett Gross along with the current Board members are stageing(advancing) the navigating process even now, and they certainly have not been sitting on their laurels waiting for a ferry boat to get to the other side.
