"... without any specific news on financing, there is no reason the S/P will rise..."

I agree, but the share price has been rising.  So what I am suggesting - not predicting - is that there may be a hint of news on the horizon pushing someone who may know something to slowly acquire shares.

This may not be true, ...may be only wishful thinking on my part.  We could just as well see the recent up trend suddenly reverse if we see tax loss selling kick in on this issue - no evidence yet.

However, last year at this time the trend was down, culminating in a closing share price on January 3 of 0.0010.  And that was the closing price.  Moreover, I believe the SP was even lower intraday. So, the price is up strongly from that time, and rising now despite millions of more shares having been issued.

Note also that we are in a "soft market".  That is, volumes are down.  Falling volume often suggests that share prices should be falling too.  As they are not, that implies that someone seems motivated to aquire shares now, albeit judiciously, as opposed to waiting and watching for the lower prices that often come with falling volune.

Certainly without our mystery buyer in the market, prices in recent days would be down, no?
