I agree with you that somebody is accumulating shares. What I disagree with is that the someone(s) has been occurring since Nov 2016. I have been watching level 2 all this time. Whomever is accumulating will make a bundle on a JV partner/drilling announcement. The accumulator could be in fact be the JV partner....Or maybe just a high risk investor.

What is known, is when the lights-on shares are sold into the market.....that there is someone goobling up the huge amount of shares sold. Why would that be?.....Maybe someone is patiently waiting for the right time?
