While it's still too early to say that year end tax loss selling will not be seen here, I do note some supportive evidence of that, for now anyway.
1) We have been seeing a rising share price in recent days, albeit on small volume.
2) Someone seems to be making steady and studied accumulations of shares, but being cautious about it so as to not push the price as much as would happen if they were to attempt buying millions more shares per day (for at least those days this person is in the market).
If this continues, I think it a hopeful sign, but the seeming lack of urgency also suggests no big changes here in the near term, meaning a continuing slow growth in price. Watch the volume, however! ...just opinion subject to change.
