I see your point. I guess just a little more clearity would have been nice. If you are correct and the consumation of this deal is tied directly to the price of uranium reaching a certain level, then that statement should have been made part of the news release...IMO.

Let's just get a partner for HM, drill, find the largest copper and gold mineralization known to man, at the highest grade possible, and be done with it!!
