Certainly, I don't know that lower POO, and further instability in the ME are factors here, but they may be. At the same time, were I a ME investor, I might be even more eager than I was to get money into more stable parts of the word, and into investments unrelated to oil. But that's my thinking, and I'm no oil sheik.
