Thanks g4gold. I am a believer that this company does have some of the best claims in the USA and have met JB on the tour and found him honest and knowledgeable. But sometimes I wonder if there is a down side to taking longer to find the right deal at HM. It becomes like that economics law, the principle of diminsihing utility, to hear about more interested partners. Five? Super. Ten? Excellent. 15? Starting to lose its impact and actually spook investors who fear the "due time" and further dilution. Best to you also.
